Winningstad Theatre Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Dolores Winningstad Theatre has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
Dolores Winningstad Theatre is proud to offer the following accommodations.
- Accessible entrances are available as well as elevators that operate between the street level and upper floors.
- Accessible seating is available and can be purchased. The venue can provide plenty of seating chairs as required.
- Curbside drop-off zones are located in front of the venue for easy access to the theatre.
- Courtesy wheelchairs are available from the Coat Checkroom. Please call ahead at the number below to request a wheelchair
- All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Companion care and non-gender-specific restrooms are located in the Antoinette Hatfield Hall and Keller Auditorium.
- Assistive Listening Devices are available from the coat checkroom with a valid form of ID
- Sign language interpretation is available for select events. Please call the venue at the number below no later than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled event.
- Certain shows and events offer open captioning. Please call the venue for help with selecting open captioning event tickets.
- Select events offer Audio Description. Please call the venue for help with selecting open captioning event tickets.

Arrival Policy
Showtimes start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. Late-comers will be seated at the discretion of the management. The late seating policy varies from show to show.
Bag Policy
Large bags are not allowed in the venue. All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc) are subject to search upon entering Dolores Winningstad Theatre.
Please have your bag ready for search before entering entrance doors to accelerate the process.
Camera Policy
Cameras are not allowed in the theatre without prior written consent. If a specific show or event allows cameras, then it will be detailed in the event or program guide.
Cancellation Policy
If an event is canceled due to inclement weather or artist cancellation, then ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible through media and the website. Please contact the venue at 503.248.4335 to ask about refunds or postponements.
Cell Phones, PDAs, Pagers, and Alarms
Please disable or turn off all electronic devices that may generate audio or light upon entry to the theatre.
Children Policy
Unless otherwise noted, all attendees must have a ticket for entry. This includes children. Unless a show is specifically targeted towards children, very young children are not encouraged to attend.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Children who are causing disturbances and their guardians or parent will be asked to leave until the disturbance is corrected.
Dress Code Policy
There is no official dress code. Any attire that complements the spirit of the performance or occasion you are attending is the way to go!
Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not allowed within Dolores Winningstad Theatre. You can purchase refreshments from the concessions stand before the show or during intermissions. Please check the program guide for details.
Lost and Found
Lost something during the show? Ask event staff during the show for help with finding the lost and found station. After the show please call the lost and found office at 503.274.6551. Be prepared to leave your full contact information and detailed information about the lost item(s).

Prohibited Items
This is a partial list of items that are not allowed within the venue.
- Weapons of any type—including firearms, knives, sharp-edged objects
mace and pepper spray - Weapons with a carry permit are also prohibited
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the venue
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or paraphernalia associated with drug use
- Backpacks, briefcases, or purses larger than 12”x12”x6”• Outside food and beverage
Computers, laptops or tablets - Animals.
- Please contact the venue to ask about the service animal policy for a specific event
- Noise making devices: air horns, drums, whistles
- Audio or video recording devices, professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses, selfie sticks or tripods
- No professional photography without authorization
- Laser pens/pointers of any type
- Flag poles or any support frames for banners/signs• Fireworks or any other incendiary devices
- Strollers are not permitted into the seating areas
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by the event/building management team

Seating Policy
If you are uncomfortable or have any concerns, please contact an Usher or the House Manager immediately to address the matter.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including cigarettes, vapes, cigars, or other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed within the venue or its surrounding facility.
